Aamir: Hey, have you ever tried waking up early in the morning?

Haider: No, I’m not really a morning person. Why do you ask?

Aamir: Well, there are actually a lot of benefits to waking up early.

Haider: Really? Like what?

Aamir: For starters, it gives you more time in the day to be productive. You can get a head start on your to-do list, exercise, or just enjoy some quiet time to yourself before the rest of the world wakes up.

Haider: That makes sense. What other benefits are there?

Dialogue Example 2

Shamim: Hey, did you know that waking up early can be really beneficial?

Shuja: That makes sense. But what if I can’t fall asleep at night?
