Example 1

Student: Good morning sir.
Teacher: Good morning. Please take your seat.
Student: Sir, our exams are coming up and I’m a little worried.
Teacher: Don’t worry, it’s natural to feel that way. But what have you done to prepare for the exams?
Student: I have gone through the notes and some of the past papers.
Teacher: That’s a good start, but have you tried solving any mock papers?
Student: No sir, I haven’t yet.
Teacher: You should start solving mock papers. It will help you assess your understanding of the subject and also give you an idea of the pattern of the exam.
Student: Okay sir, I will try to get hold of some mock papers.
Teacher: Also, try to study in short intervals and take breaks in between. It will help in retaining what you have studied.
Student: That’s a good idea. I will try to follow that.
Teacher: And, make sure to get enough rest and sleep. It will help you to stay focused and alert during the exams.
Student: Thank you sir, I will follow your advice.
Teacher: Lastly, don’t panic during the exams. Read the questions carefully and answer them calmly.
Student: Thank you for the advice sir. I will try my best to do well in the exams.

Example 2

Student: Good morning ma’am.
Teacher: Good morning. How can I help you?
Student: Ma’am, I’m feeling very anxious about the upcoming exams. I’m worried that I won’t do well.
Teacher: I understand how you feel. It’s normal to feel a bit nervous before an exam. But, you need to remember that you have prepared well and you are capable of doing well.
Student: But ma’am, I feel like I’m forgetting everything I studied.
Teacher: That’s common too. Sometimes, anxiety can affect our memory. But, you can try some relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation to help calm your nerves and improve your memory.
Student: Okay, I will try that. Thank you, ma’am.
Teacher: Also, make sure to get plenty of rest and eat well in the days leading up to the exam. And, don’t forget to revise the topics thoroughly.
Student: Yes, ma’am. I will do that.
Teacher: Lastly, always remember to stay positive and have confidence in yourself. You’ve worked hard and I’m sure you’ll do great.
Student: Thank you for the encouragement, ma’am. I feel much better now.
Teacher: You’re welcome. If you need any more help or guidance, feel free to ask me.
