#1 Example Dialogue Between a Shopkeeper and a Customer

Customer: Hi, I want to buy a new watch. Can you show me what you have?

Shopkeeper: Sure thing! What kind of watch are you looking for?

Customer: I want a watch that looks cool and works well, but it also has to be affordable.

Shopkeeper: I have just the watch for you. This watch is made of shiny silver metal and has a black face with numbers on it. It’s also waterproof and really accurate, which means it tells time perfectly.

Customer: Wow, that sounds cool! How much does it cost?

Shopkeeper: It’s priced at Rs.5000.00, but I also have this other watch that’s a bit cheaper. It’s got a brown leather strap and a gold-coloured face with white numbers.

Shopkeeper: Sure thing! Let me adjust the strap for you. How does it feel?

Customer: It feels good and looks great! I’ll take it.

Shopkeeper: Excellent choice! Here’s your new watch. Thank you for shopping with us.

Customer: Thank you! I’m excited to wear it!

#2 Example Dialogue Between a Shopkeeper and a Customer

Customer: Hello, I’m looking for a new watch. Could you show me what you have available?

Shopkeeper: Of course, sir. What kind of watch are you looking for?

Customer: I need something that’s reliable and stylish, but also affordable.

Shopkeeper: I think I have just the watch for you. This is a classic stainless steel watch with a black dial and silver hour markers. It’s water-resistant and has a quartz movement, which means it’s accurate and requires little maintenance.

Customer: That sounds great. How much does it cost?

Shopkeeper: It’s priced at Rs.5000.00

Customer: Hmm, that’s a bit more than I was hoping to spend. Do you have any other options?

Shopkeeper: Sure, I also have this leather strap watch with a gold-tone case and a white dial. It’s a bit more formal, but still versatile enough to wear with different outfits.

Customer: That looks nice. How much is it?

Shopkeeper: This one is priced at Rs.3000.00

#3 Example Dialogue Between a Shopkeeper and a Customer

Customer: Hello, good morning.

Shopkeeper: Good morning! How can I assist you today?

Customer: I’m looking for a new dress for a party. Do you have any recommendations?

Shopkeeper: Certainly! What’s your style preference?

Customer: I usually go for something classic and elegant.

Shopkeeper: I have just the thing for you. This black dress has a beautiful A-line silhouette, and it’s made of a comfortable fabric that will feel great against your skin. It’s also very versatile and can be dressed up or down.

Customer: That sounds perfect. Can I try it on?

Shopkeeper: Of course! The dressing room is right over there. Let me know if you need any assistance.

(Customer tries on the dress)

Customer: This is beautiful! I’ll take it. Do you have any accessories that would go well with it?

Shopkeeper: Yes, we have some lovely jewellery that would complement the dress perfectly. Here’s a necklace and earring set that would look stunning.

Customer: I’ll take them too. Thank you so much for your help.

Shopkeeper: It was my pleasure. I hope you enjoy your new outfit and have a great time at the party!
