Failure is a stepping to Success

Oprah Winfrey has rightly said, “Failure is another stepping stone to success “. Success and failure go hand in hand. On the one hand. success gives us a sense of joy and pride and, on the other, failure is one of the toughest things to deal with and happens frequently in life. We often fear failure because it affects our ego and sense of identity in relation to the world around us. Failure can make us feel ineffective. inadequate and isolated. But this stage of failure is only temporary. Failure is a stepping stone to success. It is said that if a person fails once. he should not lose heart., He must observe the mistakes that lead him to failure and try to overcome them in his next attempt. Repeated efforts lead one to success. Life is a long journey and in the course of life and’ career, one has to face many ups and downs. Failure gives a better point of view through which we can march to success. Failure is often treated as the end of the road- Most people fall into depression or lose hope when they face failure. However, failure should he seen as a message,-which helps us to embark on a new journey and give us the courage to explore new routes to achieve the goals. Failure is a great teacher. It makes us think, it makes us learn and, above all, it make us become better individuals. We learn from our mistakes and face new challenges with optimism and courage. Failure, like success, is pan of life. A person who has faced failure in life will always realize the value of success. But a successful person who hasn’t faced failure will never know what hardwork and perseverance mean and, therefore, he/she will not able to maintain that success.

Life is full of ups and downs. Sufferings, misfortunes and hardships can not be avoided. While facing these negatives of life, one should not lose hope. With strong determination, hope and courage, one has to march ahead. One should not feel depressed and disappointed by the misfortunes. With will power, strength, vigour, one has to move ahead. One has to realise one’s dreams, while facing misfortunes in life. Mahatma Gandhi the freedom fighter of India, failed several times, in his struggle towards getting freedom for India. But he did not give up his struggle. That strong will and vigour enabled him to attain success. So, one must understand that failure is not an end in itself. It is actually, a stepping stone to success.

God Helps Those who Help Themselves

A person who believes in fate is called fatalist. He has no confidence in himself, in his action. He believes that man is nothing before. It is fate which dominates and controls everything. Man is merely puppet in the hands of fate. Everything in this world is already decided by fate. But this concept reflects the dark side of life, pessimist’s attitude towards life. A man who believes only in God, by remaining inactive, will spoil his future. Man should have belief in God, the Supreme Power. But devoting himself wholeheartedly to the God does not help him to survive. He should remember the fact that work is worship. He must have belief in his work only, not in the result of his work. God will not help who sits idle. So fix your goal, discharge your duties with utmost dedication. Challenges may try to slow you down. But they can be overthrown. God will give you proper reward. Doing and Dedicating oneself for work contains success.
