A woodchuck is a groundhog that hibernates in the winter and then wakes up on the 2nd of February, unless it’s cranky. As a woodchuck is an expert in hibernation, so it could be said that the speaker is going to hibernate (sleep). We can only presume that the speaker is finally going to sleep at this stage.
