On this day of Eid, our hearts are filled with joy
As we gather with family and friends, oh boy!
We share delicious treats and sweets
And pray for Allah’s blessings to greet
The month of Ramadan has passed by
And now we bid it a fond goodbye
With gratitude for the blessings we received
And the lessons of patience we achieved
Eid-ul-Fitr is a day of celebration
And a reminder of Allah’s compassion
May our hearts be filled with love and peace
And our lives be blessed with success and ease
So let us embrace this day with open hearts
And spread kindness and goodness, in all our parts

As the crescent moon heralds a new day And the stars twinkle in their own way
We welcome Eid-ul-Fitr with open arms
And celebrate with friends and families’ charms
The month of Ramadan has been a test
Of our faith and devotion, at its best
But with Allah’s help, we persevered
And now, we rejoice, no more feared
Let’s put aside our differences and unite
And spread love and joy, oh, what a sight
May Allah bless us with peace and harmony
And guide us to a life full of integrity
